Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on our products. The warranty period begins as soon as you receive the item. Please retain the invoice for this reason. Any potential defects must be reported immediately after registration. Our warranty consists of repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion. The warranty becomes invalid if the item has been put under inappropriate strain or otherwise improperly handled, opened, installed or maintained. Liability for damage caused by defects is excluded as permitted by the relevant legal provisions.
Reservation of proprietary rights
All products remain the property of Autosdistribution Losch s.a.r.l. or the authorized Audi partner until the invoice is fully paid. Any pledge or assignment as security of the item affected by the reservation of proprietary rights cannot be permitted. Interventions by third parties to such articles must be immediately communicated to the Autosdistribution or an Audi partner.
