The processing of personal data of the user with the help of Ensighten Privacy Manager enables us to store information on the user's declared consent. This helps us to provide additional content to users and to avoid setting cookies where a user has not given their consent. If we did not collect this information, we would not be able to ensure that our Cookies and website works correctly and some features of the website may not be available to you. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.

The Ensighten Privacy Manager is provided by our service provider Tagman Ltd., 2 Riding House Street, London W1W 7FA, United Kingdom, which acts as our data processor.

The data stored by Ensighten Privacy Manager will be deleted if the data is no longer needed for our above mentioned purposes. This is the case after three years.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data in the context of Ensighten Privacy Manager. Further information on your rights as a data subject can be found in our privacy policy.

We use the analysis tool Adobe Analytics on our website. Adobe Analytics is provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland. Adobe Analytics uses Cookies to record and systematically evaluate the interactions of our website users. In this regard the following data will be processed:

• IP-address of the user (anonymised before being saved to database)
• Unique User ID assigned to the browser
• The user's click behavior on the Website
• The subpages the user accessed
• Browser type, URL, screen resolution
• Time stamp

The last octet of the IP-adress is obfuscated for processing steps (e.g. Geolocalisation) and finally the anonymised IP-adress is saved. The anonymized IP-address cannot be assigned to a user’s device.

The processing of personal data of the user with the help of Adobe Analytics enables Audi UK and AUDI AG to analyse the browsing behavior of our users. By evaluating the acquired data we are able to compile information about the use of the individual components of our website. This helps to constantly improve this website and its usability. You can still access this website if we do not have this information, but some features may not be available. In this regard, AUDI AG is a joint controller with us as the operator of the UK website. Please see Section 10 for more information regarding joint controllership.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. The consent given by you applies to both AUDI AG and Audi UK.

The data stored by Adobe Analytics will be anoymized as soon as you withdraw your consent. The data will be delted when it is no longer needed for our above-mentioned purposes. This is the case after 24 months.

You have the ability to prevent Adobe Analytics from collecting your information when you visit our website. You can do this either by changing your browser settings to  enable “Do Not Track” or by withdrawing your consent to the placement of Cookies in our Cookie Settings. For exercising your right to erasure, you need to provide us with your Experience Cloud ID (“ECID”). In order to retrieve the ECID, please open the page for which you want to find out the ECID directly by entering the URL (https://audi-shop.com/gb/en) in the address bar of your browser. After that, add the parameter ”?getid=ecid” (e.g. https://audi-shop.com/gb/en.html/?getid=ecid) at the end of the URL in the address bar and press Enter. A pop-up with your ECID will appear.

The personal data collected and processed through use of third party services shall be made available to the third party service providers’ engineers, employees and consultants. Please see Section 4 above for information regarding the recipients of your personal data which is obtained by use of the third party services included in this Section 4. General information regarding other recipients of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy: Privacy Policy. Adequate security and confidentiality measures are being ensured at all stages.

Your personal data may be stored outside your country of residence and, as such, your personal data will be accessible to law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities according to the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Where required by law, we will obtain your prior express consent for such transfer of your personal data outside your country of residence.

For the purposes of the services “Adobe Analytics”, we and AUDI AG jointly determine the means and purposes for each processing activity and therefore are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 4(7), 26 of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

We and AUDI AG jointly process your personal data in the context of the services “Adobe Analytics”. Detailed descriptions and further information regarding each service and the associated processing activities can be found in Section 4 b. of the Cookie Policy.

We and AUDI AG have entered into joint controllership agreements according to which we and AUDI AG are each responsible for compliance with specific obligations under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, as follows. This includes in particular responding to requests for exercising data subjects’ rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR and compliance with information obligations stipulated by Art. 13, 14.

We and Audi provide the data subjects with any information referred to in Articles 13, 14 GDPR in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language, free of charge. For this purpose, both parties provide each other with the necessary information from their operating range.

Data subjects may exercise their rights against both us and Audi. We and Audi provide each other with any information necessary to respond to the data subject’s request.

We and Audi each are responsible for different tasks and processing activities within the framework of the joint controllership as follows:

Adobe Analytics

In the context of “Adobe Analytics”, Audi is responsible for:

• the technical integration of "Adobe Analytics" into the online platforms provided by Audi,
• the configuration and administration of "Adobe Analytics",
• data evaluation, i.e. the creation of reports based on user behavior data collected by means of "Adobe Analytics", and
• Responding to requests for data subjects' rights

Audi UK is responsible for:

• the decision whether Adobe Analytics is used and may be used,
• the establishment of a legal basis compliant with the respective applicable Data Protection Laws i.e. the request for the consent of the end user for the use of "Adobe Analytics",
• data evaluation, i.e. the creation of reports based on user behavior data collected by means of "Adobe Analytics", and
• Responding to requests for data subjects' rights
